The Grove at Park Place is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! Our community features a 1 acre bark park with a pet spa for your convenience. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the 1st pet and an additional $200 for the 2nd and 3rd pet each. There is a $30 monthly pet rent and a maximum of 3 pets per home.
